“Hi everyone, my is name Kristof. I started to be seriously interested in science based new-wave coffee making in the past four years.
The first step was to replace my capsule coffee machine with a regular espresso machine and I started to research how can I make an excellent shot of espresso. I also deep dived into alternative coffee making techniques.
Shortly I noticed that time flies by when I’m experimenting and learning about coffee and I often realized that I spent long hours or even days focusing on a specific topic. I constantly developed my skillset and knowledge and I felt like I’m able to process unlimited information as I have a huge enthusiasm towards specialty coffee.
I immediately started to take action based on what I discovered and kept on practicing to this day.
The idea of bottled cold brew was born from this passion.
I had an idea of how great it would be to share a small part of this amazing specialty coffee world with those who already have a desire for quality but don’t really want to mess around with making it or experimenting at home.
When I was traveling abroad I saw a bottled specialty cold brew in one of the supermarkets and I decided that I would like to start creating my own coffee for the Hungarian market.
Therefore after one year of development and experimentation I opened my cold brew manufacture.
The biggest advantage of the product is that you can consume it without milk even if you normally don’t prefer black coffee. I produce it with a special method which allows a fresh, natural and characteristic taste instead of the general burned, bitter and unpleasant flavor.
It’s caffeine content is roughly comparable to a double espresso. Due to its natural nervous system stimulant effect it provides an excellent support when you need to be focused and effective at work.
