We now offer offices in various sizes and configurations, serving as a base for both small and large teams in the heart of the city. Here’s an example of a private office that’s perfect if your team is growing but you don’t yet need hundreds of square meters.
This 20 square meter, furnished private office is ideal for 6-8 people. It is located in KAPTÁR’s FIXIE area, which offers dedicated workstations, providing you with a truly quiet and peaceful working environment. The office is lockable, air-conditioned, and has a large window that ensures plenty of daylight. It also comes equipped with a large wall-mounted smart TV and a whiteboard.
The rental fee includes all costs (utilities, internet, use of infrastructure, etc.), but we’ll still list our main services here:
- 24/7 access with an app-based entry system
- Reception service from 8 AM to 8 PM on weekdays
- Access to KAPTÁR’s shared spaces (kitchen, restrooms, showers, phone booths, dining area, café, and other communal areas)
- Enterprise IT environment, stable and strong Wi-Fi service, LAN, and dedicated IP available upon request
- High level of security (camera system, alarm, and remote monitoring)
- Free meeting room usage for short calls and team meetings
- Community member discounts for meeting room bookings, registered office services, and events
- Additional office services and infrastructure (printing, specialty coffee/tea, etc.)
- Participation in community events and access to the KAPTÁR community network
