VEGANUARY SPECIAL WITH NIKI KONKOLY ? 17 JAN

So, if not even cheese, then what do vegans eat? And why are they considered aggressive? Does eating meat make you a bad person?

Whether you’re an animal lover, want to lower your eco footprint, or improve your health, going vegan can be a great step into the right direction. However, as with every great change, veganism can have its challenges, too.

Through her personal journey, Niki will explain the reasons she chose to go vegan six years ago, and both the benefits and occasional hardships of this decision, while debunking some common myths – including the introductory questions above – and sharing tons of tips and resources to help you get started on your herbivorous journey.

If you are wanting to reduce your meat and dairy intake, or toying with the idea of giving veganism a go, join us on the 17th of January for a(n absolutely nonjudgmental) workshop on all things vegan!

Niki is the co-founder of the urban environmental project, Green Guide Budapest, as well as a marketing project manager at the world’s leading vegan and vegetarian trademark, V-Label.
Veganuary was launched nearly ten years ago in the UK as a campaign to raise awareness about the benefits veganism has on the planet and all its living beings, while giving people a helping hand to try veganism for a month.
