In terms of size and layout, we now serve both small and large teams as a base in the downtown area in Budapest. Here’s another example of a private office if your team is just starting to grow, but you don’t yet need hundreds of square meters.
This 20 sqm furnished private office is ideal for 6-8 people and opens from KAPTÁR’s so-called FIXIE, a dedicated workstation area, making it a truly quiet and peaceful work environment for you. The office is lockable, air-conditioned, and has a large window providing natural light throughout the day. It also includes a large wall-mounted smart TV and a whiteboard.
The rental fee includes all costs (utilities, internet, infrastructure usage, etc.), but nevertheless, here are our main services listed for you:
- 24/7 access, app-based access control system
- Reception on weekdays from 8 AM to 8 PM
- Use of KAPTÁR common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, showers, phone booths, dining area, café, and other communal spaces)
- Enterprise IT environment, stable and strong Wi-Fi service, LAN and dedicated IP available upon request
- High-level security (surveillance cameras, alarm, and remote monitoring)
- Free meeting room usage for short calls and team meetings
- Community member discounts for meeting room bookings, registered office services, and events
- Other office services, infrastructure (printing, specialty coffee/tea, etc.)
- Participation in community events, access to the KAPTÁR community network
We primarily aim to lease the office for the long term (minimum 1 year), and we’re pleased if the KAPTÁR community also brings value to the new team.
