Jenine is a Graphic Designer and Creative Partner at Two Desk Studio, a boutique creative agency primarily based in the Kingdom of Bahrain, a small island situated in the Arabian Gulf. What is your most important life lesson, since you became an entrepreneur?
Being the master of your time means you truly value every moment even more. This applies to the projects you take on as well. You can get things done much faster and efficiently when you know it’s on your clock!
What is the best part of your job?
The freedom it gives me to work for and learn from people in industries I would have never otherwise exposed myself to. I get to not only learn about their businesses but then reflect this learning by reinventing the persona they choose to present to the world.
What are you most proud of in your life?
At the moment my business. My business partner and I have organically built it from the ground up and established a strong and consistent reputation for the work that we deliver.
What is the fastest way to ruin a business?
Dishonesty, you are working with other people that are relying on you just as much as you rely on them. Being honest about what you can deliver and when is so important.
