I deal with business consulting in the area of strategy, business models, and innovation, but mostly I help companies to find their problems, to structure their way of thinking, and to enhance their work productivity. I have experience in finances, I worked in sales and recently in the innovation team of an international bank. My current client is a foreign fintech company, ModulTrade Ltd, which develops smart contract, blockchain-based e-commerce solutions.
What is the best about your job?
I love when I manage to find the real source of a problem in the middle of a complex and chaotic situation and to recognize the relation of the main influences in its structure. Besides that, I mostly enjoy being in the flow.
What do you find the most exciting about new challenges?
The beginnings. When we start to discover a process without any kind of preconception. I love to start new things because I think it helps to keep being open and creative.
What is the fastest way to mess up a business?
I could give many answers to that, but I think the fastest way, is to over-plan without taking any actual actions. There is a quote from Dwight D. Eisenhowertől, which is very true in the business world: Plans Are Worthless, But Planning Is Everything.
