WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Have you always wondered what it would be like to work in an international community office?
As a Host, you will be a KAPTÁR resident who works, studies or creates on your own project and swaps roles for a few hours a week: hosting and showing new members around, helping the team with the day-to-day running of KAPTÁR and of course being open and communicative 🙂 In short: personifies KAPTÁR.
In exchange for your work, KAPTÁR will be your coworking base and you will be a member of a valuable community.

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP:
Helping the daily opening and operation of KAPTÁR, accompanying/leading community events 4-8 hours a week.
- Daily routine, new members: opening the door, showing visitors around, receiving packages, supporting members in the space, loading the dishwasher, etc.
- Meeting room bookings, external events: equipment/set-up, briefing guests, information, active participation, etc.
- KAPTÁR community events: helping to organise, coordinate or even create own-initiative events, participate in promotion and follow-up

Based on these, if we think we would like to get to know you, we will contact you by email or phone within 1 week after the application so that we can also talk in a person. After that, we will decide together with the team whether the daily operation of KAPTÁR will be new with you.
